Payment/Shipping 付款/运输

Payment
  1. Prices listed are all inclusive (shipping, packing, etc.) for Penisular & East Malaysia and Oversea countries (according to zoning: Zone A Zone B and Zone C).

    If total order exceeds 40.00MYR. 7.00MYR (for Malaysia) will be charge to your order if total order below 40.00MYR.
  2. For pre-order products, customers can choose to pay in full payment upon order confirmation. Payment details and other information will be stated in confirmation email.
  3. Poster-in-tube will be shipped using Poslaju (Express Mail Service, EMS), with additional shipping cost of 13.00MYR for Penisular & East Malaysia only. Otherwise, poster will be folded and shipped with order without any additional cost. We will not ship poster-in-tube to oversea countries due to high shipping charge, we only will ship folded poster to all oversea countries.
  4. Payment can be made to our CIMB, MAYBANK or RHB bank account through Online Banking, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), ATM Giro, Manual Deposit or Interbank Transfer via Online Banking/ATM. Read Payment Guide below.
  5. Payment also can be made by apply PayPal in your payment mostly for Oversea Customers (Local customers may also use this payment method as well). With Paypal, customers can pay with a credit or debit card, or Paypal balance. Read Payment Guide below.
  6. Customers MUST ATTACH or COPY-AND-PASTE the TRANSACTION PROOF/RECEIPT to our EMAIL ONLY for verification purposes. Transaction proof/receipt sent to our Facebook inbox, GoogleTalk, SMS or MMS are not valid and payment will not be confirmed until transaction proof is sent to our EMAIL. 
  7. For those who make payment through PayPal are required to send us an email to inform the date and time you make payment for final verification.
  8. Order Number will be issued to customers after payment confirmed by us. Any inquires for order status or updates, kindly provide us your Order Number and we will get back to you with latest updates as soon as possible.

Payment Guide
  1. METHOD 1 Online Banking: This is the best and preferable paying method. Payment can be made by fund transfer through CIMB Clicks or RHB Bank Online Banking systems. Any amount of payment can be made by this method. Kindly copy-and-paste or TAKE PICTURE or SCAN and ATTACH the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made.
  2. METHOD 2 Cash Deposit Machine (CDM): This is an option paying method. Customers can visit to any CIMB, Maybank or RHB bank branches throughout Malaysia and bank-in the payment using CDM to our bank accounts. CDM does not accept 1.00MYR and 5.00MYR cash. We recommended METHOD 1, 3 and 4 for any amount of payment that need to pay using 1.00MYR and 5.00MYR cash. Kindly TAKE PICTURE or SCAN and ATTACH the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made.
  3. METHOD 3 ATM: This is an option paying method. Customers can visit to any CIMB, Maybank, or RHB bank branches throughout Malaysia and transfer the payment by ATM card using ATM machine to our bank accounts. Any amount of payment can be made by this method. Kindly TAKE PICTURE or SCAN and ATTACH the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made.
  4. METHOD 4 Interbank Transfer via ATM or Online Banking: This is an option paying method. If customers do not have CIMB, Maybank or RHB bank account, kindly visit nearest CIMB, Maybank or RHB branches throughout Malaysia and transfer the payment by your bank’s ATM card using ATM machine to our bank accounts. Customers can also make interbank transfer through any banks’ online banking systems to our CIMB, Maybank or RHB bank account. Any amount of payment can be made by this method. Kindly TAKE PICTURE or SCAN and ATTACH the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made. Please be noted that the payment by method 4 can takes up to one transaction day to complete.
  5. METHOD 5 Maybank2uPay: This is an option paying method. This method is convenient to all Local (Malaysia) customers to make their purchase.

    Step 1: Before you proceed, please email us a copy of your order then we will reply you in short on the total amount to need to pay to avoid any complicated and unhappy incident happen. After you received the total amount that you need to pay, then only can proceed to step 2.

    Step 2: Click "Local Customer may also apply Maybank2uPay to proceed their payment:" button for proceed to next step. Example is shown as below: (the icon with 'break picture' marked by white star & error in between)
                            

    Step 3: After clicked the icon, then it will link you to the below maybank2u.com website as shown in below. You just only need to log in your maybank2u.com account by enter your username and password.
                                           

    Step 4: The below this the screen appear after you'd log in to you maybank2u account. It's will appear our blogshop name "DK-EIGHTYNINE ONLINE MUSIC SHOP MALAYSIA" together with our account number. What customers need to do is enter you email address in "Buyer Email:", the amount you purchase in our blogshop in "Amount" [let say you purchase 100.00MYR, then you just enter 100.00], enter the product(s) name in "Description of transaction" and tick the box of 'Disclaimer for Payments". After that click "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.
    ***Note: Please make sure that the Blogshop Name is correct: "DK-EIGHTYNINE ONLINE MUSIC SHOP MALAYSIA" if not correct, please cancel this transaction.
                                     

    Step 5: This is the screen appear after the previous step. It's shown our details as our "Blogshop Name", "Seller Email" and "Seller Account Name". & It's will also shown you your details which you'd enter in the previous step as your "Account Holder Name", "Buyer Email", "From Account", "Amount" and "Description of transaction" (here I put Exo as example).
    IMPORTANT: Please make sure that every of these details you'd enter are correct then only can proceed to next by click "Confirm" button.
                                      

    Step 6: After you clicked "Confirm" button in previous step then the screen will appear as below. Next, you will receive an email from Maybank to notify you about this transaction.
    You're done and finish! Easy right?? ^^
                                                                                      
                               

  6. METHOD 6 Paypal: Special for oversea customers. Malaysia customers also can apply this payment method. With PayPal, customers can pay with a credit or debit card, or PayPal balance. 
Step 1: Select your zone under PayPal user and proceed to next by click "Add to Cart" button.

Step 2: Please make sure and confirm the product(s) you wish you purchase and the correct quantity(ies) of product(s) you wish to purchase in your cart.

Step 3: After everything have been confirmed, then proceed to next by click "Check Out" or "Check Out with Paypal" button.

Step 4: There are 2 ways for oversea and local customers to pay with either pay with PayPal balance or pay with a credit or debit card. 

If you proceed to choose a way to "pay with my PayPal account" then you need to log in to you PayPal account to complete the purchase.
One example is shown below:

If you proceed to choose a way to "pay with my credit or debit card" then you need to enter you card details such as your country, card number, payment types (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), expired date (mm/yy) and CSC.
Next, enter your billing information (a verified address), real name, city, state/province/region and postal code (compulsory). If your shipping address is same as billing address, please click the box of "same as billing address" else your need to enter your verified shipping address (which an address you can received your parcel).
Lastly, contact number (telephone) and email address are required and compulsory to fill in. The reasons are as below:
  • For contact number: It is easier for postman (who deliver your parcel) can contact you when you parcel is arrived at your country.
  • For email address: It is for us to send you a confirmation of order and update you about your order and your tracking.

Step 5: Send a information after you made a payment by PayPal about the date and time for final verification. And waiting for your product(s) arrived at your doorstep.

Step 6: Done and finish! Easy right?? ^^

Packing
  1. CDs, DVDs, Photobooks etc. will be packed in bubble wraps and sturdy cartoon boxes (Pos Niaga) before shipping. Sturdy cartoon boxes (Pos Niaga) are used to prevent minimum damages to the products during shipping.
  2. Soft and light products (depend on sizes and weight) will be packed in bubble wraps and envelopes with ordered products.
  3. Posters will be rolled and packed in poster tube (if supplier provided poster’s tube) and again put in Pos Niaga triangle box OR rolled and put in Pos Niaga triangle box (if the supplier doesn’t provided poster’s tube) before shipping, or folded and shipped together with ordered products. (DUE TO HIGH DELIVERY CHARGES FOR OVERSEA COUNTRIES, THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MALAYSIA CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Note: 
(A) and (B) show the sturdy carton box (Pos Niaga) with different size of CDs, DVDs or Photobooks.
(C) shows a rolled and packed in poster tube (if supplier provided poster’s tube). 
(D) shows a rolled and put in Pos Niaga triangle box (if the supplier does not provided poster’s tube).

P/S: Again (A), (B), (C) and (D) are display for showing for example of packing purpose.

Shipping
  1. Free shipping throughout Malaysia if total order exceeds 40.00MYR.

  3. All products (included poster-in-tube) will be shipped using Poslaju (Express Mail Service, EMS) service provided by Pos Malaysia (for Malaysia customers only).
  4. Poster-in-tube will be shipped separately from other products (for Malaysia customers only).
  5. Poslaju (Express Mail Service, EMS) normally takes 1 or 2 working days to make delivery to your doorstep (for Malaysia customers only).
  6. For Oversea customers:
  7. Tracking number for Poslaju will be updated to customers by email after product(s) are shipped. Track your Poslaju (Express Mail Service, EMS) parcel here.
  8. We shall not responsible for any losses or damages caused during shipping.

Return Policy
  1. All sold product(s) cannot be returned to us.
  2. For defective product(s), kindly contact us within 7 working days after we shipping your product(s) from our place.
  3. Defective product(s) must be returned to us as soon as possible at buyers’ cost.
  4. We will replace the defective products and ship back to buyers and charged 15.00MYR per product (**heavy product(s) will be charged more). We will test and examine the replacement product(s) before we ship back to buyers. This is only available for Malaysia customers only.
  5. Defective product(s) refer to any CD, DVD, photobooks etc. that is damaged, imperfect or non-functional caused by manufacturing defect.
