products, otherwise stated. Ready stocks are listed here.
Is your shop reliable and trustworthy?
Yes, for sure. We are experienced online
buyer and seller and we understand what customers’ concerned and needed when

Will you go missing or reply late like
other individual-operated online shops?
This is an individual-operated online shop.
For sure we will not missing without any prior notice. We will reply to all
inquiries and orders within half day (as maximum). We are fully committed to our customers’

How fast can I get the products I ordered?
All pre-order batch in dk89 Online Music
Shop close every 10, 20 and 30 of a month (except February it will close every
9, 18 and 27). For Local Malaysia Customer, you will receive your order with 7 – 14 working days (means it
is not included Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays) after pre-order batch
closed. For Oversea Customer, you will receive you order with 7 - 16 days or Zone A and Zone B while 7 - 18 days for Zone C. We will provide you the faster delivery service so that you could
receive your products as soon as possible.
***Note: The Estimated Delivery Time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to area outside of major cities may incur additional days.
I have two Discount Coupons. Can I use both
coupons in one order?
No. Only one coupon can be applied/claimed
per order. Discount Coupon is applicable only on items above 40.00MYR. kindly

CDs, DVDs and Photobooks are original products?
Yes, of course. All CDs, DVDs and
Photobooks listed in dk89 Online Music Shop are ORIGINAL-SEALED and imported
from Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea or Taiwan.
Does all CDs and DVDs’ sales reflected on
main sales chart?
Yes, all sales will be reflected on Hanteo
and GAON Chart for Korean albums, and ORICON Chart for Japanese albums.
How to pay for my order?
You can pay your order to our CIMB, Maybank
or RHB bank accounts through online banking, cash deposit machine (CDM), ATM
machine or deposit manually. Kindly refer to Payment Guide.
How to pay for my order using credit card
or PAYPAL?
Yes, both local and oversea customer can using credit card, debit card or paypal to make their payment. Before customer make the payment, kindly please send an email to dannykuan89@hotmail.com check the stock availability and state the product(s) you buy, cover, colour (if available) easily for us do it smoothly.
Is there any additional shipping cost to
other states in Malaysia and oversea countries?
Free shipping for all states in Malaysia and oversea countries.
What is Order Number?
Order Number (Order No.) is a reference
number for your order after order confirmation. Order No. will be provided once
payment for your order is confirmed. Kindly state your Order No. and we will
update you with your orders’ latest status.
Is there any hidden charges or additional
cost I need to pay after order confirmed?
No, there will be no hidden charges or
additional cost after we confirmed your order. There is only ONE amount you
need to pay as stated in our confirmation email. You will get extra payment
refund from us if the price of your order is lower than expected. You will get
full refund if your order is out of stock.
What if the actual weight is lighter than
estimated weight stated in an product’s post?
If the actual weight of a product is
lighter than the estimate weight, we will re-adjust the product’s price. If you
already paid for the overcharged item, we will refund the extra amount you paid
to your bank account through online banking. Or we will keep the extra balance and
customers will get extra discount (same amount as customers’ previous extra
balance) in their next orders.
What if I paid more than the quoted amount
of my order? Will you ship back the extra balance together with the parcel?
If the actual weight of a product is
lighter than the estimate weight, we will re-adjust the product’s price. If you
already paid for the overcharged item, we will refund the extra amount you paid
to your bank account through online banking. Or we will keep the extra balance
and customers will get extra discount (same amount as customers’ previous extra
balance) in their next orders. We will not return the extra balance in your
parcel as it is too risky of losses.
******Will you ships poste- in-tube?
Yes, all posters (subject to suppliers’
availability) will be shipped in tube and put it inside the PosNiaga.
Poster-in-tube will be separately from all items.
How do you ship the products?
We will ship all products using Poslaju
(Express mail Service, EMS) service by Pos Malaysia. Poster-in-tube will be
shipped using PosDaftar by Pos Malaysia. Customers can opt to ship
poster-in-tube using Poslaju, with additional shipping cost. Kindly read
Payment/Shipping for more details.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do, but it's just for certain countries/regions. HERE is the zones we provided the oversea shipping. If your countries/regions do not listed in the list, you may contact us HERE to get further information about the shipping cost.
Do you sell in bulk? Can I get wholesale
discount?
Yes, we do provide bulk purchase with
discount. There are minimum quantities for every products to get wholesale
discount. Kindly send us an email for more details.
Do you supply to other shops?
