TERMS & CONDITIONS 条款及条规

Please read the following TERMS & CONDITIONS before you make an order.

1. This is an online blog shop. There is no physical shop available currently. All orders or purchases will be done online.
   这里是网络部落商店。我们目前没有实体店，所有的订单将在网上完成。
2. All products listed here are preorder products, otherwise stated or listed in Ready Stock page.
   所有在这部落列出的产品是预购品，如若有标记为现货。
3. SERIOUS buyers or customers only. No order cancellation once payment made.
   谢绝玩弄，只限给于认真的买家和顾客。一旦付款，订单将不能撤消。
4. CDs, DVDs, photobooks and other official merchandises are Japan or Korea or Taiwan version (IMPORTED) and original-sealed. CDs and DVDs' sales will be reflected on GAON Chart (Korea), Hanteo Chart (Korea) and ORICON Chart (Japan).
   CDs，DVD，写真书和其它官方商品是日本,韩国或台湾进口原封（未开封）版本。CD和DVD光盘的销售将反映在GAON图表（韩国），Hanteo图表（韩国）和ORICON图表（日本）。
5. All prices listed are final and nonnegotiable. Total order exceeds 40.00MYR is eligible for free shipping within Malaysia and Oversea customers. Total order below 40.00MYR will be charged minimum shipping cost of 6.00MYR or 7.00MYR (only for local customers, for oversea customers will be inform before customers make payment).
6. Poster's availability is depend on suppliers' stocks. Poster will be rolled neatly and placed in a tube. Poster-in-Tube will be shipped using Poslaju, with additional cost. Poster-in-Tube will be shipped seperately from other items. Customers can opt to ship poster together with order (CD/DVD/photobook) by folded poster, with reduced price. 7. Preorder Batch opens weekly. Preoder Batch period is stated in E-Notice section on our blog shop. For Taiwan products, ordered products' estimated time arrival at our place is within 7 - 15 working days after Preorder Batch ended or products' release date.  For Korea products, ordered products' estimated time arrival at our place is within 7 - 15 working days after Preorder Batch ended or products' release date. For Japan products, ordered products' estimated time arrival at our place is within 7 - 20 working days after Preorder Batch ended or products' release date. Delay of shipment (usually 3 - 7 working days) may happen sometimes due to unexpected delay of products' collection in Japan or Korea and shipping from Japan or Korea. Working days excluded Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
8. Voucher Coupon (5.00MYR voucher on next order) will be issued to customers with total order exceeds 40.00MYR. This voucher is unique to each issued customers and can only be applied by issued customers on next order, provided total order exceeds 40.00MYR. Only one cuopon can be applied per order. 9. EMAIL is preferable communication method in dk89 Online Music Shop Malaysia. Kindly send an email to us for any type of inquiries, questions, requests etc.
10. We shall not be responsible for any damages or losses of products during delivery by any shipping and courier services.
11. We reserve the right to amend and change these Terms & Conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms & Conditions.
12. ATTENTION: To any new shop operators who tend or plan to "copy-and-paste" words from this blogshop, we urge you not to do so. We suggest you better create or compose words by your ownself. You may refer our words as a guide.

ORDERING

1. Customers must complete the ORDER FORM in full and details. ORDER FORM must be sent to our EMAIL only.
2. ORDER FORM sent by Facebook inbox, SMS or MMS are invalid and we will not be entertained. All customer details will kept safety and confidentially. Read ORDER GUIDE.
3. Customers can amend or change their order's details before payment made. Once payment confirmed by us, no amendment or changes can be made to customers' orders without valid reasons.

PAYMENT

1. Customers must pay full payment upon order confirmation for pre-order & ready stock products. Read Payment/Shipping for more information.
2. Local customers (Malaysia) MUST ATTACH or COPY-&-PASTE the TRANSACTION PROOF/RECEIPT to our EMAIL ONLY for verification purposes (***for those using payment method 1, 2, 3 and 4, refer payment guide here). 
   NOTE: TRANSACTION PROOF/RECEIPT sent to our Facebook inbox, GoogleTalk, SMS or MMS will not be entertain until transaction proof is sent to our EMAIL. Read Payment/Shipping for more information.
3. Local customers are provided to pay by Maybank2uPal (method 5, refer payment guide here) to easily purchase the product(s).
4. Oversea & Local customers can apply paypal payment method (method 6, refer payment guide here) to easily purchase the product(s).
5. Once payment is confirmed, customers will received a confirmation email from us with ORDER NUMBER. Customer can check their orders' latest status by email to us with ORDER NUMBER.

SHIPPING

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days after products arrived at our place.
2. All orders (included Poster-in-tube) will be shipped using Poslaju service (Express Mail Service, EMS) provided by Pos Malaysia, otherwise stated. Poster-in-tube shipped using poslaju will have additional shipping cost. Read Payment/Shipping for more information.
3. After orders shipped out, customers will receive their orders within 1 - 2 working days for Poslaju. Order arrival time may depends on your location. Kindly contact us if you did not receive your order.

REFUND/RETURN

1. Full refund only for out-of-stock products.
2. For defective products, kindly contact us within 7 working days after we shipped your products. Defective products must be returned to us as soon as possible at customers' cost. We will replace the defective items and ship back to customers for free (for first time only). Kindly read Payment/Shipping for more information.
